Our platform connects customers, restaurants, and delivery partners to provide a smooth and transparent delivery experience.

2. Delivery Partners

All deliveries are handled by independent freelance delivery partners who operate as self-employed professionals.
They manage their own schedules, vehicles, and delivery routes, ensuring flexible and efficient service.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently operate across all major regions of Mauritius, including Port Louis, Moka, Quatre Bornes, Curepipe, Flic-en-Flac, Grand Baie, and surrounding areas.
Delivery times may vary depending on restaurant preparation time, traffic, and distance.

4. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are automatically calculated based on the distance between the restaurant and the customer’s location.

  • Any applicable promotions or free-delivery offers will be displayed during checkout.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Our average delivery time ranges from 25 to 45 minutes, depending on distance, weather, and order volume.
We strive to deliver as quickly as possible without compromising food quality or safety.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

SoSo Delivery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as:

  • Heavy traffic or road closures,

  • Bad weather conditions,

  • Unavailability of the customer at delivery time.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that the delivery address and contact number are correct and that they are available to receive their order.
If a customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be marked as “Undelivered”, and no refund will be issued.
