1. Overview

At SoSo Delivery, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how order cancellations work for customers, restaurants, and delivery partners.

2. Customer Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel an order within 2 minutes after placing it, as long as the restaurant has not started preparing it.

  • Once preparation has begun or a delivery rider has been assigned, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • If a cancellation is requested after preparation or dispatch, the full amount will be charged.

To cancel, please use the “Cancel Order” option in the app or contact our support team at support@soso-delivery.xyz.

3. Restaurant Cancellations

Restaurants may cancel an order due to:

  • Unavailability of certain menu items,

  • Technical issues, or

  • Unexpected closure.
    In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund or app credit.

4. Delivery Partner Cancellations

If a delivery partner is unable to complete the order (e.g., due to incorrect address, safety concerns, or customer unavailability), the order will be marked as “Cancelled by System” and may not be refundable.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) payments are not refundable in cash but may be credited to your SoSo Wallet.
