Refunds are granted only under specific, verifiable conditions.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

You may request a refund if:

  • You received the wrong or incomplete order.

  • Your delivery was never completed.

  • You were charged for an order that was cancelled by the restaurant.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You entered an incorrect delivery address.

  • You were unavailable to receive the order.

  • The restaurant confirmed correct preparation and delivery.

4. Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your order at support@soso-delivery.xyz with your order ID and issue details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
